Preseli Bluestone, also known as Preseli Stone or Preseli Spotted Dolerite, is a very unique and rare igneous rock that crystallizes in the form of masses.
Bluestone clears the heart centre, and strengthens the electrical workings of the heart. It improves electrical communication throughout the body, which in turn serves to balance and strengthen the immune system.
Preseli Bluestone is found in the Preseli Hills located in Pembrokeshire in western Wales. Preseli Bluestone is spotted Dolerite which is a type of igneous rock that contains spots or clusters of plagioclase feldspar that make each distinctively different from the next.
The very large standing stones at Stonehenge are of 'sarsen', a local sandstone, but the smaller ones, known as 'bluestones', come from the Preseli hills in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park
